Applicable law. Atelier Kroll is based in Switzerland. The Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) therefore applies to the processing of personal data in the first instance. Insofar as this website is directed at people in the European Union, the GDPR applies in addition (Art. 3(2) GDPR).
Data protection officer. No data protection officer or data protection adviser has been appointed; there is no legal obligation to do so. Please direct any data protection enquiries to the e-mail address given above.
Representative in the European Union. No representative in the European Union has been designated under Art. 27 GDPR. Personal data is processed only occasionally, does not include large-scale processing of special categories of personal data, and is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects (exemption under Art. 27(2)(a) GDPR).
Your rights. Within the limits of the applicable law you have the right to obtain information about the personal data processed about you, and to have it rectified, erased, restricted, released or ported, as well as the right to object to the processing. Supervisory authority. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, CH-3003 Bern. Within the European Union you may contact the data protection authority of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
Online dispute resolution
The online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) operated by the European Commission was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
