Shoji Lantern with Kumiko Patterns

This Shoji Lantern was inspired by multiple videos I’ve seen on Youtube already. The Frame was inspired by Adrian Preda and the Kumiko Patterns were all handcut inspired by Desmond King.

From one side you can see the Asa-No-Ha and the Izutsu-Tsugi Pattern all made out of basswood and from the other side some parts of the patterns are done out of walnut strips. The lantern is powered by a 5W 400lm LED lamp. The power cord is textile-wrapped.
